Nelly is a spunky little Nantucket native who dreams of sailing the annual Rainbow Boat Race with her sidekick dog, Beau. The only problem is, she has no boat and doesn’t know how to sail! Through a series of misadventures, her dream comes true and, in a surprise ending, Nelly learns that honesty really is the best policy!
